Chelmsford Give or Take item swapping event, please bring along your unwanted good quality items for your chance to swap them for something you might like. We will not be accepting any broken items, food stuffs, or electricals. If people wish to bring large items to the event please contact the recycling team beforehand on: 0845 603 7625 or waste.management@essex.gov.uk We would particularly like books, dvds, computer games, children's toys and children's books.
